Order Processing

We’ll get your order ready to ride the waves in 1-2 business days after you place it. Weekends and holidays may add a little extra time.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Trackable service with delivery updates

Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Basic tracking available

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International orders may be subject to customs fees – these are the responsibility of the customer and aren’t included in your order total.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as stoked about your gear as you are about your next surf session. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how to make it right:

Our Return Promise

  • Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Swimsuits (unless defective)
  • Sandals (unless defective)
  • Sunglasses (unless defective)

Defective items will be replaced at no cost – just contact our crew.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Submit Your Request
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our crew will review within 2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship It Back
    Package items securely (use original packaging if possible) with RAN clearly marked. Send to:

  4. Get Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3-5 business days):
    • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days
    • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable service – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Details

Your refund will include:

  • The item price
  • Original shipping costs (if returning the entire order)

Note: Original payment processing fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns

For our global surf family outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
